I consent to receive phone calls and SMS/text messages from Rhina Jasmyn Delgado and FaithShield Insurance at the phone number I provided, including calls or texts made using an autodialer or pre-recorded/artificial voice where applicable, regarding life insurance, mortgage protection, disability income, annuities, and related products and services I've inquired about. I understand this consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.
1. What You're Opting Into
When you enter your phone number on this Site, you are opting in to be contacted specifically by Rhina Jasmyn Delgado / FaithShield Insurance regarding your own insurance inquiry. This may include:
- A call or text confirming your quote request or guide download
- Follow-up calls or texts to review coverage options, answer questions, or schedule an appointment
- Reminders about a scheduled call or appointment
- Occasional educational messages about protecting your family (guide delivery, newsletter)
2. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any appointments you schedule. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
3. How to Opt Out
You can withdraw this consent at any time:

Opting out of calls or texts does not affect any insurance policy you already hold with a carrier — it only stops future outreach from FaithShield Insurance.
4. Your Number Is Not Shared
Your phone number and opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. It is used only by Rhina Jasmyn Delgado / FaithShield Insurance and the service providers who help operate this Site (such as HubSpot for storing your submission), as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which program(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (239) 351-2878.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
