4. Third-Party Services We Use

To operate this Site and run our business, we share limited information with trusted third-party service providers, who process it on our behalf and under their own privacy and security policies:

• HubSpot — stores and manages quote and guide-request submissions, and powers our email communications
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — manages email delivery for certain sign-up forms and the free guide
• Calendly — manages call/appointment scheduling if you book a call with us
• Netlify — hosts this website
• Google Fonts — loads the fonts used on this Site
• The insurance carriers and agencies we are appointed with (such as Symmetry Financial Group and its contracted carriers), where necessary to prepare or service an application you request

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
